Office brokerage team in Greenville continues long-standing relationship with Gallivan White & Boyd after years of completed real estate deals across the Carolinas
Colliers office brokerage team members Bailey Tollison, Brantley Anderson, CCIM and Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM represented Gallivan White & Boyd in a long-term renewal of its ±37,654-square-foot office headquarters in One Liberty Square at 55 Beattie Place in Greenville, SC.
Gallivan White & Boyd is one of South Carolina’s top law firms, with offices in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston and Charlotte. The firm handles a wide array of litigation cases including business and commercial disputes, class action and mass torts defense, employment defense, insurance, workers’ compensation and the defense of complex personal injury litigation. The firm is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary after being founded in 1948.

In 2022, Anderson, Allen and Tollison represented Gallivan White & Boyd on its renewal at 6805 Carnegie Boulevard in Charlotte, NC.
