Colliers’ Brantley Anderson receives prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation

Colliers l South Carolina announced that Brantley Anderson has earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors, a high level of transactional production and meeting SIOR’s education and strong ethical requirements. Of SIOR’s 3,900 global members, 7% are female.

Anderson is a Vice President, Shareholder and a member of the office brokerage team in the Upstate region of South Carolina, specializing in office leasing and sales as well as tenant representation. She works alongside team members Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison. The team is responsible for more than $500 million in transactional volume since 2015.
She has been recognized as a CoStar PowerBroker consistently since 2016 for office leasing transactions in the Greenville, SC market and has been awarded the Colliers l South Carolina Top Producers Award five times since 2016. In 2020, she earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Anderson will serve as President of CREW Upstate in 2024. She has served on the CREW Upstate Board of Directors since 2017 and has been awarded the Woman to Watch Award in 2022 and the Distinguished Leader Award in 2019 by CREW Upstate. She is a 2023 Chair of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) Commercial Steering Committee and has been inducted as the Commercial Representative for the 2024 GGAR Board of Directors. Anderson graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
