Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented The Arnold Companies in the 2,674-square-foot lease for Sculpted by WH Aesthetics at 701 Lady Street in the Vista, bringing the building to full occupancy.
“The recent renewal of M Vista (701C Lady Street) and the execution of a new lease with Sculpted by WH Aesthetics for the adjacent space (701B Lady Street) shows the continued strength of quality retail properties in the Downtown Columbia / Vista market,” says Pollard.
M Vista, a staple in Columbia since 2008, is known for the freshest and finest Asian-fusion cuisine and other traditional Asian dishes. Sculpted by WH Aesthetics is an upscale medical spa specializing in injectable, laser and anti-aging services.
