Colliers brings Vino on Tap to Killian’s Crossing in Northeast Columbia

John Gressette of Colliers | South Carolina represented Vino on Tap (Molto Vino) in the leasing of a ±1,275-square-foot retail space at the Killian’s Crossing development in Northeast Columbia.

Molto Vino is a private wine club that provides members and their guests with a unique wine experience. It offers a variety of wines on tap through self-pouring wine machines and is accessible to wine club members 24 hours a day. Membership includes access to all locations, wine machines and retail wine selection.

“It was a pleasure to represent Molto Vino in leasing its third location in the greater Columbia area,” said Gressette. “Killian’s Crossing offers an ideal atmosphere with a blend of retail, dining and residential spaces, making it a central hub for wine enthusiasts.”
