Colliers brokers ±89,284-square-foot lease at Synergy in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM and Henry Roe represented BV DRP Synergy LLC in the lease renewal of ±89,284 square feet of office space to the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation (“LLR”) at Synergy Business Park located in the St. Andrews submarket in Columbia.
The Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation aims to make South Carolina a safe place to work and live by providing professional and occupational licensing to businesses and ensuring compliance in the workplace.
“Our core focus was to make sure all LLR needs were met by today’s standards and for the long term,” said Wilkerson. “Synergy will continue to serve as an ideal location to support its statewide mission for years to come.”
Synergy Business Park encompasses seven Energy Star-certified office buildings totaling ±496,153 square feet and is considered one of the most highly regarded office parks in the Columbia market with modernized lobbies and a park-like campus setting.
