Colliers brokers investment sale of medical property located in Forest Acres

Colliers | South Carolina’s Matthew Pollard represented the seller, Jamada LLC, in the investment sale of a ±5,000-square-foot medical building located at 1755 St. Julian Place in Columbia, South Carolina.
Colliers assisted Jamada, LLC in negotiating lease terms for the property to make it more attractive to potential investors and maximize its value. These negotiations resulted in a stronger market rent rate and 10-year lease term, increasing the asset’s value and contributing to a successful disposition.
