Crawford Prezioso of Colliers | South Carolina represented Sweetbriar Property Holdings, LLC in the investment sale of a seven-unit apartment complex located at 2451 and 2455 Gervais Street to Giuseppe Bovino.
The fully leased apartment complex presented an ideal opportunity for investors seeking prime multifamily assets in Columbia.
