Colliers brokers lease in Columbia’s premier Devine Street corridor

Colliers | South Carolina’s brokerage associates Mary Winter Teaster represented the tenant, Dr. Mariangela Rivera/The Ratio by Body Math, and Tommy Tapp represented the owner, the Wells family, in the lease of a ±1,465-square-foot medical office space at 2231 Devine Street.
Known as the Elliott Building, 2231 Devine Street is located close to the Harden Street and Devine Street intersection. This multi-tenant building is conveniently located a few steps away from Five Points and Downtown Columbia is a short quarter-mile drive.
