Colliers brokers sale of a 6,500-square-foot restaurant building located on Beltline Boulevard

Crawford Prezioso of Colliers | South Carolina represented RMJJ in the sale of a ±6,500-square-foot restaurant building located at 402 Beltline Boulevard to Cason Development Group, LLC.
The building formerly housed a Lizard’s Thicket restaurant and is located just off the Devine Street corridor. The building will be modified to accommodate Moctezuma’s Mexican Restaurant.

It will continue to serve the local community as a family restaurant.”
