Colliers brokers sale of industrial building on Candi Lane

Crawford Prezioso of Colliers | South Carolina represented Gamwell Investments in the sale of a ±16,000-square-foot industrial building located at 212 Candi Lane to The Brimel, LLC.
The building is located just off Interstate 126 and Greystone Boulevard, with convenient access to the I-26/126 corridor, the I-20 interchange and Downtown Columbia. The building neighbors Riverbanks Zoo, and the Saluda River is behind the property.
