Colliers completes sale of Downtown Columbia office building

Colliers | South Carolina’s Tommy Johnson, SIOR and Zach Lundberg represented Yorktown Investment Holdings in the sale of 712 Calhoun Street, an approximately 4,672-square-foot office building to SB Property Investments and Management.

712 Calhoun became available upon the retirement of the seller from a long legal career. This downtown office is centrally located with access to the Main Street District, the Vista, the NOMA District and the BullStreet District. The building was originally listed for lease, but due to strong buyer interest, the property became available for sale in early September 2025.

“Once we positioned the property for sale, the response was immediate and the building was under contract within 90 days,” said Lundberg. “The quick turnaround of the sale speaks to the high level of buyer demand and the prime opportunity that this property presented.”
