Colliers completes sale of premier Devine Street retail space

Sydney Lanham, Rox Pollard Jr. and Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers | South Carolina represented Baker Commercial Properties in the sale of 2728 Devine Street, a prominent retail property along Columbia’s highly sought-after Devine Street corridor. Bella Bridesmaids has acquired the property and will move from its existing location on Devine Street.
The approximately 2,940-square-foot freestanding building, formerly occupied by Pink Sorbet, offers a highly visible location with convenient access and dedicated parking, making it an ideal fit for Bella Bridesmaids and its continued presence in the Columbia market.
