• Maddy Stout represented HUB International Midwest Limited in the lease of 4,270 square feet of office space at 4401 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston.
• Maddy Stout represented Homes of Hope Inc. in the lease of 3,450 square feet of office space at 8570 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston to Amedisys Home Health of South Carolina.
• Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented Dr. Jason Soloman DMD in the lease of 2,000 square feet of office space at 1051 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.
• Markus Kastenholz, CCIM and Remington Beatty represented World Overcomers Ministries in the lease of 1,754 square feet of office space at 4130 Faber Place Drive in North Charleston.

• Markus Kastenholz, CCIM and Remington Beatty represented St. Clare’s Home in the purchase of 1.00 acre of land on Madison Brooke Lane in Summerville.
• Markus Kastenholz, CCIM and Remington Beatty represented Wilson Properties in the purchase of 2.35 acres of land at 4900 Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach.
