Colliers expands tenant mix at Palmetto Plaza with lease to Bougie Kids Consignment

Colliers | South Carolina’s Zach Lundberg represented the landlord, Palmetto Plaza Associates, in the lease of 2,550 square feet of retail space to Bougie Kids Consignment at Palmetto Plaza in Lexington, South Carolina.
Palmetto Plaza is located at 5140 Sunset Boulevard along Hwy 378, a well-established retail corridor. The property sits directly across from national retailers, including Target, Best Buy, PetSmart and World Market, providing strong visibility and traffic for tenants.
Bougie Kids Consignment was created to meet the demand for an upscale, year-round children’s consignment store in Lexington. The boutique will offer a carefully curated selection of premium and designer children’s clothing, giving families access to elevated, affordable and sustainable fashion. The store is expected to open in June 2026.
