Colliers’ office brokerage team members Bailey Tollison, Brantley Anderson, SIOR, CCIM and Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM represented law firm Thomas, Fisher & Edwards, P.A. in its office expansion and relocation in Greenville, South Carolina. The firm has leased ±8,305 square feet of office space at 2 West Washington Street.
Located at the corner of West Washington and North Main in the heart of downtown, 2 West Washington is part of the Project ONE development in the city of Greenville. Thomas, Fisher & Edwards, P.A. will occupy part of the 10th floor, joining other notable professional services firms in the building: EY, Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd and LS3P. Hughes Development Corporation, a full-service real estate firm based in Greenville, SC, manages the ONE Project and represented the landlord in this transaction.
