Colliers’ Grayson Greiner receives Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation

Colliers | South Carolina’s Grayson Greiner has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. This prestigious designation recognizes him as an expert in commercial and investment real estate.
The CCIM designation is awarded to professionals who complete an advanced, graduate-level course of study, provide documented experience in commercial investment real estate transactions, and meet stringent ethical requirements. The South Carolina CCIM Chapter is dedicated to providing its members with the highest quality educational programs, promoting the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate, and providing a forum where its members can learn, network and prosper.

Grayson Greiner is a commercial real estate brokerage associate specializing in site selection, land brokerage, and the sale of retail and owner-occupied properties throughout the Columbia market. In his first two full years of brokerage, he completed more than $28 million in commercial transactions totaling over 130 acres and over 35,000 square feet, reflecting both his market expertise and work ethic. A Columbia native and University of South Carolina graduate, Greiner pairs deep local knowledge with a competitive mindset shaped by his experience as a former Major League Baseball player. He was selected for the Columbia Chamber’s Leadership Columbia Class of 2025 and serves on the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business Young Alumni Board. Since 2024, he has also participated as the color commentator for USC Gamecocks baseball games on the SEC Network+. His community involvement includes past volunteer work with the Beagle Freedom Project, the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Detroit Habitat for Humanity.
