Colliers | South Carolina’s Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented both the tenant and the landlord in Upstate South Carolina Alliance’s lease of a new 5,382-square-foot office headquarters at Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR).
Upstate SC Alliance’s new office will be located at 3 Research Drive in the CU-ICAR complex. Constructed in 2011, the LEED Silver-Certified building offers modern spaces, a tenant lounge and café, a fitness center, an outdoor landscaped park and a rooftop terrace.

Formed in 2000, the Upstate South Carolina Alliance is a public/private regional economic development organization designed to market and promote the dynamic, commerce-rich, northwestern corner of South Carolina.
