The purchase of 116 N Markley is FishHawk Capital’s first investment in South Carolina
Colliers | South Carolina’s Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented FishHawk Capital in the purchase of a $3.25 million, ±10,068-square-foot office condo located at 116 N Markley Street.
The office condo is part of the highly desirable Markley Station development located in the West End of downtown Greenville. The office serves as the headquarters of Fortis, a global leader in private transportation services for ultra-high net worth individuals.
