Colliers International’s Hagood Morrison, SIOR brokers 105,674 square foot lease for Sportsman Boats

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Hagood Morrison represented the landlord in the completion of a 105,674 square foot lease at 2550 West Fifth North Street, Summerville, South Carolina. Sportsman Boats is expanding its production operation of center console boats into the excess space of Thrace Linq at its production plant in Summerville, SC.Morrison, Senior Vice President and Principal, Colliers International | South Carolina, Charleston office, specializes in logistics and industrial brokerage. He is the former head of the Colliers National Logistics Practice Group.
