Colliers International’s Jessica Dib awarded Commercial Property Research Certification

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Jessica Dib earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. The Commercial Property Research Certification offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in research, knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. This designation was awarded to Dib for completion of a rigorous set of courses, taking approximately 25 hours to complete and covering the curriculum needed to produce the quality of research reports that are the best in market.

Dib is a Research Coordinator with Colliers International responsible for collecting market data and creating market reports for various property types statewide. She is involved in research initiatives related to expansion of Colliers’ corporate solutions and advisory offerings to clients across South Carolina.
