CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s John Orr, CCIM and Elyse Chubb represented the landlord, Kahn Properties South, LLC, in a lease transaction at Shoppes of Folly located at 915 Folly Road in Charleston, South Carolina. Thai Elephants, LLC, a restaurant featuring authentic Thai food and sushi, leased 2,000 square feet.
Orr is Vice President of Colliers International’s Charleston office, focusing on retail in the Coastal South Carolina markets in addition to servicing clients throughout the Southeast. Chubb is a brokerage associate specializing in retail brokerage. Orr and Chubb are an integral part of the Colliers Retail Services Team for Colliers International South Carolina.
