Colliers International’s production volume in South Carolina exceeds $464 Million in 2014

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s brokerage associates closed 921 South Carolina transactions in 2014 valued at over $464 million, setting a new record for the firm. Leasing volume exceeded $249 million and sales volume was over $215 million.

This is in great measure due to the focus on product specialization by our professional brokerage staff and is a clear sign that the South Carolina commercial real estate market is vibrant, “said John W.
