Colliers International announces 3 new Vice Presidents

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International South Carolina elected three of its top brokerage associates to the position of Vice President: Henry Moore, CCIM and Henry Roe of Columbia and Bob Shaw, SIOR of Greenville. All of these individuals are tenured professionals who have consistently demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the commercial real estate industry.

Bob Shaw, SIOR specializes in the leasing and sales of office properties, focusing on the Greenville and Upstate market. Shaw has regularly been one of the top producers for Colliers in South Carolina, receiving the firm’s prestigious Walter M. Keenan Award in 2012, and was recognized three years in a row with membership in Colliers International’s Everest Club, which acknowledges the top 10% of all Colliers brokers in the United States. Shaw has also been recognized as a CoStar 2013 Power Broker, as a Top Office Leasing Broker. He has been involved in 230 transactions valued at over $150 million. Shaw is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, is a member of the Board of Directors for Greenville Little League and serves on the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® Commercial Steering Committee.

Henry Moore, CCIM focuses on representing tenants and purchasers in the acquisition of office properties. Moore is consistently among of the top brokerage associates in South Carolina, and has received numerous awards and commendations during his tenure at Colliers, including recognition as a 2012 CoStar Power Broker and winning the 2012 Colliers Community Service Award. Moore is involved in many community leadership roles, including with the United Way, Main Street Criterium and the YMCA youth soccer program.

Henry Roe specializes in office leasing and sales with an emphasis on institutional office properties in the Columbia market. He is particularly skilled at repositioning buildings. Roe has received multiple awards and commendations, including the Central Carolina REALTORS ® Association Commercial Transaction of the Year (twice) and recognition by CoStar as a Top Five Power Broker and a 2013 Top Office Leasing Broker. Roe currently sits on the Palmetto Hospital Foundation Board, the Columbia City Center Partnership Five Year Strategic Planning Committee and the Historic Columbia Foundation Advisory Board.
