Colliers International announces new Healthcare Services line for South Carolina, new Director of Healthcare Services

William Beaman to lead statewide coordination of Colliers service lines to serve healthcare providers’ real estate needs
Colliers International, South Carolina announced the creation of a new service line for South Carolina. The new Healthcare Services division will focus on delivering consulting and advisory, transactional representation, research, marketing, property management, project management and corporate solutions services to provide for the specific real estate needs of healthcare providers around the state.
This new division will be led by William Beaman, who has joined Colliers as the Director of Healthcare Services after a career in healthcare real estate and corporate real estate strategy and financing. Beaman will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and clients across South Carolina by utilizing the resources and expertise of Colliers associates and staff to meet the unique real estate needs of clients. He will also coordinate his activities with the national Colliers Healthcare Services Team, providing a crucial link between local and national expertise to better benefit Colliers’ clients.

The addition of the Healthcare Services specialty is a significant advancement for the firm. While Colliers’ brokerage associates already specialize in associated product lines, including healthcare services, Beaman will spearhead the first statewide initiative to coordinate the specific needs of healthcare providers.
