Colliers International announces the 2014 Transaction of the Year Award

February 2, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International South Carolina announced the recipients of the 2014 Transaction of the Year award at its annual Awards Celebration. Colliers’ Henry Moore, CCIM and Henry Roe completed a significantly complex office lease transaction which was valued at over $34 million. Criteria for selection included the challenges and complexity of the transaction, the collaboration and depth of the team required to accomplish the transaction, the impact on the community and the economic development implications.

The successful transaction was a complex, multi-year process that involved negotiating with two separate landlords and a sublessor for three leases that needed to close at the same time, illustrating conceptual plans for parking and space expansions and creating flexible expansion plans that would help the tenant meet their goals over the next ten years and beyond.
