Colliers International associates recognized as 2014 CoStar Power Brokers

Recognition of fifteen associates confirms Colliers dominance in the South Carolina commercial real estate market.

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International announced that 15 of its South Carolina associates have been recognized as 2014 CoStar Power Brokers. Each year, CoStar tallies the commercial real estate sales and lease transactions and presents CoStar Power Broker Awards to the firms and individual associates who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market.This is fourteenth year that CoStar has recognized Power Brokers, and continues a trend of a large number of Colliers International associates receiving the award.
