COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s John Sellers and Tommy Tapp, CPM completed a lease to Happy Pets Salon & Spaw to be located at the Shoppes of O’Neil Court, 224 Oneil Court in Columbia, South Carolina. Colliers provides leasing and property management services for the Shoppes of O’Neil Court. Sellers and Tapp represented the landlord, John C. B. Smith Real Estate, in the transaction.
