Colliers International brings IT staffing provider TEKsystems to Synergy Executive Park

New tenant to the suburban office park part of growing IT sector in Columbia
Colliers International’s Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson represented the landlord of Synergy Executive Park in a lease with TEKsystems at 250 Berryhill Road. TEKsystems, a global, leading provider of IT staffing, talent management and services, is the newest tenant at Synergy, a suburban office park that has been successfully repositioned by ownership as a high-quality alternative to limited Central Business District office space.
