Colliers International brokers a $6,400,000 acquisition of a 246,000 square foot warehouse in Charleston, SC to Reger Holdings, LLC

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Matthews, SIOR and Hagood Morrison, SIOR completed the acquisition of a 246,995 square foot industrial facility located at 3191 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, South Carolina. The Colliers team represented the purchaser, Reger Holdings, LLC in the transaction.

The Colliers industrial team also represented Reger Holdings, LLC in a new 66,000 square foot lease with Softex Inc. Colliers currently has 90,000 square feet in the building available for lease.

Over the past four years Reger Holdings, LLC, has become a significant industrial landlord in South Carolina by providing a cost efficient building in well maintained facilities across the state. Reger Holdings, with the help of its brokerage team at Colliers International, has leased over 1,300,000 square feet of industrial space to 27 different companies employing over 650 people in South Carolina. Reger Holdings currently has a portfolio of 22 industrial buildings totaling over 3,000,000 square feet of space throughout the state of South Carolina. The portfolio has 1,700,000 SF of available space in 9 counties across South Carolina ranging from 13,000 square feet to 450,000 square feet. Colliers International provides leasing and property management services for the Reger Holdings portfolio.
