Colliers International brokers assist in new lease of flex space

Colliers International’s Richard Barrett represented the landlord, R&J Investments while Nick Reinhardt and Frank Hammond, CCIM represented the tenant, GenX Security Solutions, in the lease of flex office/warehouse space at 1040 Golden Oaks, Suite A, Greenville, SC. The 4,000 square-foot space will satisfy the needs of the Greenville company as they expand their growing business and establish new headquarters.
