Colliers International brokers $2.275 million sale of manufacturing facility in St. Matthews South Carolina

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Hagood Morrison, MBA, SIOR, has brokered a sale at 289 Wilbert Way, a 143,000 square foot manufacturing building located in St. Matthews, South Carolina. Morrison led the site selection search across the region for WMC Steel SC, LLC., before choosing this location. The buyer intends to use the facility to produce prestressed concrete strand wire from steel rods. This will be used in concrete beams used in bridge and other construction.
