Colliers International brokers lease extension at 1900 Pineview Road

Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Carolina Industrial Properties in a ten-year lease extension for Alpha Media at 1900 Pineview Road in Columbia.
“The ownership agreed to make substantial improvements to the property that will serve Alpha Media for many years. Alpha Media is a great asset for Columbia,” said Chuck Salley, Vice President & Director of Industrial Brokerage Team in Colliers International | South Carolina’s Columbia office.
1900 Pineview Road is a 10,320-square-foot single-story office building. The Colliers brokerage team procured the sale of the building in 2017 from iHeartMedia, Inc. The tenant, Alpha Media, is a radio station holding company that operates nearly 200 radio stations across the United States.
