CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Hagood Morrison, SIOR represented the tenant, Neal Brothers Charleston, Inc. in the lease of a 125,000 square-foot industrial property at 2650 Carner Avenue in North Charleston.
Neal Brothers specializes in export packaging, storage, freight and distribution services and project shipping management, operating out of Europe, Great Britain and Charleston.
Hagood Morrison specializes in industrial brokerage in Charleston and the surrounding region, representing logistics companies and manufacturers and brokering a variety of industrial sales.
