Colliers International brokers lease to bring another retailer to Forest Square

Sprint dealer United Cellular to join Gander Mountain, Publix, Goodwill in Grand Strand’s fastest-growing residential area

Myrtle Beach, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Jon Selfridge brokered the lease of 1,651 square feet of retail space to United Cellular, a Sprint dealer, at Forest Square. Pollard and Selfridge represented the landlord in the transaction.

Forest Square is a master planned retail project situated at the intersection of Hwy 501 and Carolina Forest Boulevard. Its proximity to the Carolina Forest residential area, which is the fastest growing in the Grand Strand, has attracted major retail tenants including Gander Mountain, Publix, Chili’s, Bank of America, Buffalo Wild Wings and Taco Bell.

Pollard, a Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina, and Selfridge, a Brokerage Associate, are both members of the Colliers Retail Services Team, which specializes in the sale, leasing and development consultation of retail properties throughout South Carolina.
