Colliers International brokers receive prestigious national recognition

Peter Fennelly, SIOR, MCR, SLCR, Simons Johnson, SIOR, MCR, CCIM, Givens Stewart, SIOR and Craig Waites, of Colliers International South Carolina, were named to Colliers International’s USA’s 2016 Everest Club. The prestigious Everest Club award recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers in the United States.
Fennelly is Market President of Colliers International’s office in Charleston and is a Principal of the company. He specializes in the leasing of office and industrial properties and represents both landlords and tenants.
Johnson, Vice President of Colliers and a Principal of the firm, specializes in corporate tenant representation for industrial occupiers as well as specific corporate office requirements for Colliers International’s office in Charleston.
Stewart, Vice President and Principal of the firm, specializes in industrial, investment and land sales and leasing for Colliers International’s office in Greenville.
Waites, Vice President and Director of Commercial Brokerage of Colliers International’s office in Columbia, specializes in retail site selection, land brokerage and the sale of retail/owner occupied properties. Waites is a Principal of the firm as well.
