Colliers International brokers sale of 298 acres in Columbia, South Carolina

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Woody Moore, CCIM and Pendleton Grove completed the sale of 298 acres to the University of South Carolina Development Foundation. The University plans to use the property for additional intramural playing fields, as well as training facilities to support the men’s and women’s varsity golf teams. The Colliers team represented the seller, R. William Metzger, Jr., as Trustee for William M. Gregg, in the $3,250,000 disposition of the property located off of National Guard Road in Columbia, South Carolina.

Moore, Executive Vice President of Colliers International South Carolina and Grove, Senior Brokerage Associate, are members of Collier International’s Land Brokerage Team.
