Colliers International brokers sale of 319,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility

Sale adds another property to the Carolina Industrial Properties portfolio
Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Sam Myers represented Reger Holdings LLC in the acquisition of 2500 St. Matthews Road. The property is currently 100% leased by Husqvarna Group.
2500 St. Matthews Road includes a 319,000 square-foot warehouse and distribution facility located on 34 acres. The property will be added to Reger Holdings’ Carolina Industrial Properties portfolio.
