Colliers International brokers sale of former Hansen Brickyard in Ninety Six, SC

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers International’s Richard Barrett, MCR, represented the seller, HBP Property Holdings, LLC, in the sale of an approximately 238-acre site, the former Hansen Brickyard, in Ninety Six, South Carolina. The buyer, Robert Todd Calhoun, is a local business owner with a fleet truck leasing company who plans to redevelop the property but maintain local ownership and grow his business at-site.
