Colliers International brokers sale of new office and distribution space for Welvista

Colliers International’s Tommy Johnson and Philip Vann brokered the sale transaction of 121 Greystone Boulevard, an approximately 16,000 square-foot office building. Johnson and Vann represented the buyer, Welvista, Inc., in the deal.

Welvista plans to use 121 Greystone Boulevard for office space and pharmacy distribution. The organization is a non-profit that partners with pharmaceutical companies to provide access to prescription medications to the uninsured. Founded 25 years ago in Columbia, Welvista has grown to become one of the largest bulk ship pharmacies for the uninsured in the nation. Welvista also provides pediatric dental services to the under-insured in South Carolina through the Smiles for a Lifetime program.

Johnson, a Vice President of Colliers International South Carolina, and Vann, a Brokerage Associate, are both members of the Office Brokerage Team, which specializes in the representation of clients in the leasing and sale of office properties.
