Colliers International brokers sale of SC Nurses Association office building, helps organization relocate to new office space

Colliers International South Carolina has brokered the sale of the South Carolina Nurses Association (SCNA) headquarters at 1821 Gadsden Street and assisted the organization in relocating to newly-leased space at 1301 Gervais Street. Colliers’ Philip Vann and Taylor Wolfe represented the SCNA in both transactions. The 1821 Gadsden Street building, which is approximately 5,168 square feet, solid for $463,000, and the SCNA was able to consolidate their operations into 1,819 square feet of office space at The Tower at 1301 Gervais.

“We were pleased that we were able to help the South Carolina Nurses Association find space that was more central to Columbia’s downtown and manage the disposition of their previous space at 1821 Gadsden,” said Vann, a Brokerage Associate with Colliers South Carolina. “More and more office tenants are discovering new ways to arrange and utilize office space, meaning tenants with the right brokerage assistance can lower their cost of space without sacrificing any productivity.”
