Colliers International brokers the sale of 1314 Rosewood Drive

Crawford Prezioso, a Brokerage Associate in Colliers International | South Carolina’s Columbia office, represented the buyer and the seller in the purchase of 1314 Rosewood Drive by Realty Haven, LLC.
1314 Rosewood Drive is a 5,030-square-foot building located along a popular corridor for local businesses. The property sold for $500,000.
