Colliers International brokers the sale of Former Edwin Watts Golf Center on Harbison Blvd. in Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC  – Colliers International’s Tripp Bradley brokered the sale of former Edwin Watts Golf Center located at 189 Harbison Boulevard in Columbia, South Carolina. Bradley represented the purchaser, MPG Two Notch LLC., in the $1,827,327 acquisition. The property will be redeveloped into a retail center for Sleep Number and Stanton Optical.

Bradley is a Senior Brokerage Associate of Colliers International specializing in retail land and retail site selection brokerage. He was the recipient of the 2011 and 2012 Colliers International South Carolina Transaction of the Year Award and the 2011 and 2012 Colliers International South Carolina Superior Achievement Award.
