Colliers International brokers the sale of two buildings in Five Points area

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s JP Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith have completed the sale of approximately 7,400 square feet of retail space in Columbia’s downtown Five Points area.

The space, 942 and 946 Harden Street, is located on a unique block of Five Points that is ripe for growth and development. The purchase marks additional capital investment in this block following the previous repositioning of the storefronts at 948-950 Harden Street as well as 936 Harden Street.

JP Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith, both of Colliers, represented the seller in the purchase. Scurry and Smith are also handling the sale or lease of two additional buildings on Harden Street, 948 and 950 Harden Street.
