Colliers International completes $10,000,000 combined sales of two properties in the epicenter of Charleston’s tourist hub, North Market and East Bay Street

They represented Papillion Luvr, LLC in the $2,000,000 sale of the 5,215 square foot property located at 235 East Bay Street, Molly Darcy’s Irish Pub and Restaurant, to East Bay 7, LLC. They also represented the seller Baked Custard, LLC in the $8,000,000, 11,949 square foot, disposition of 40 North Market Street, the Rainbow Market, to Rainbow Market Group, LLC. Both parcels equal approximately 1.07 acres.

Pellegrino is a Brokerage Associate in the Colliers International Charleston office specializing in investment and hotel brokerage. He has been active in assembling sites for downtown hotels. Morrison, Senior Vice President and Principal, Colliers International | South Carolina, Charleston office, specializes in logistics and industrial brokerage. He is the former head of the Colliers National Logistics Practice Team. Fennelly is Market President of the Charleston office specializing in the leasing of office and industrial properties, representing both landlords and tenants in all phases of negotiations.
