Colliers International completes $2.65 million investment sale of Wentworth Printing building

Wentworth Printing Co. to remain as tenant
Colliers International’s Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR and Sam Myers have completed the sale of the Wentworth Printing building at 101. N. 12th Street in Columbia, SC. The approximately 54,328 square-foot building was sold for $2,650,000 to an investor. Wentworth Printing Co. will remain in the building as a tenant.
Salley represented the owner, Chevy Chase Limited Partnership, in 2015 when the Wentworth lease came up for renewal. In early 2016 the owner decided to sell this asset and came back to the Colliers team to assist in this effort. Wentworth Printing has been located in West Columbia since 1963. They now serve clients across the nation with sophisticated printing services and technology. Wentworth was recently acquired by RR Donnelley Company, a Fortune 500 company based in Chicago.
