Colliers International Completes Sale for AllSouth Federal Credit Union

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s J.P. Scurry, CCIM, and Scottie Smith completed the sale of a former bank branch building located at 7330 Broad River Road in Columbia, South Carolina, to AllSouth Federal Credit Union.  Scurry and Smith represented AllSouth Federal Credit Union in the transaction.  The AllSouth branch is located in front of the Kennerly Crossing shopping center near the intersection of Broad River Road and Kennerly Road.  The new branch location will open in July 2014.

Scurry, a Vice President of Colliers International South Carolina, and Smith, a Brokerage Associate, are a brokerage team specializing in the leasing and sale of retail and investment real estate.
