Colliers International Completes the 54,000 Square Foot Sale of Beaufort Medical Plaza

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Adam Russ of Charlotte and Scott Rogers, CCIM, SIOR of Charleston assisted the seller, a real estate investment trust, in the sale of the leasehold interest in Beaufort Medical Plaza, a 54,000 square foot medical office building located at 989 Ribault Road in Beaufort, South Carolina, on the Beaufort Memorial Hospital campus. Russ and Rogers represented the seller in the transaction.
