• Mary Winter Teaster represented Northeast Medical Development Group in the lease of710 Rabon Road to Palmetto Primary Care Physicians, LLC.

Greenville, SC

• Garrett Scott, Richard Barrett, MCR, Brockton Hall and Brannan Hudson represented Kinney Hill Associates in the lease of 48,300 square feet at Corporate Center in Spartanburg to Pharmacy Consultants, LLC.
• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM presented Sunshine Retirement Living in the purchase of 6.64 acres of land on Verdin Road in Mauldin for $2.1 million from Brookfield Associates, LP..
