Columbia, SC

• Tommy Johnson and Hunter Suggs represented My CU Services, LLC in the lease of 12,028 square feet of office space at Synergy Office Park. The landlord was represented by Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson of Colliers.

Greenville, SC

• Garrett Scott, SIOR, John Montgomery and Brockton Hall represented Reger Holdings LLC in the lease of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 625 S. Old Piedmont Road to Chempak International, Inc.
• Taylor Allen, CCIM, Brantley Anderson and Bailey Tollison represented Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners in the lease of 5,211 square feet of office space at 55 Beattie Place to Treatment Centers Holdco, LLC (Crossroads).
• Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM represented Dream Catcher Realty, LLC in the sale of 1419 Poinsett Highway, a 1,900-square-foot retail building, to Expressions Unlimited Inc.
