Charleston, SC
- John Orr, CCIM; Elyse Welch, CCIM; and Mike Palmer represented GDG Investments in the sale of 1040 Anna Knapp Blvd., a 3,600-square-foot office building in Mount Pleasant, SC, to Executive Entertainment for $1.15 million.
Greenville, SC
- Frank Hammond, CCIM and Rox Pollard represented the buyer in the purchase of 1.07 acres of land for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on Greenville Street in Anderson, SC for $700,000.
